Starting April 1, 2020, we will be re-registering all existing clients with a new process that will also apply to all new clients to the GVFB. While we will be providing registration access in each city we serve, we encourage all new and existing clients of the GVFB to register with us at 8345 Winston St, Burnaby, where we will have the most staff capacity.

Why are we doing this? We want to ensure that we are helping low-income people in need who reside in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster and the North Shore. We also want to create accurate data to drive our programs and our funding requests, and to support the development of new programs. We will ask clients to bring a valid ID, a proof of address and proof of income to validate eligibility. Click the link below to find out more.
