Position Overview
The Sales & Partnerships Lead is responsible for executing weekly sales and merchandising activities for
food preservation products. This includes delivering products to retail partners, setting up visual displays,
coordinating inventory and logistics, organizing food demos and events, and supporting internal
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food preservation products to partner locations including Loblaws, Hopcott Farms, and Terminal City Club and beyond lower mainland.
- Collaborate with communications and external stakeholders on all product marketing.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with retail partners.

- Support onsite demos at events, farm markets, and activations.
- Perform administrative tasks to support sales and operational objectives.
- Coordinate inventory needs with the Supply Chain team.
- Liaise with the Logistics team for vehicle maintenance and scheduling.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Operations leadership.

Qualifications and Experience
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing or a combination of relevant work experience.
- Experience operating box trucks and managing deliveries an asset.
- Experience and knowledge of food preservation and asset.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with non-profit organizations is ideal.
Physical Requirements
- Exposure to ambient temperatures and noisy conditions.
- The ability to walk and stand intermittently.
- Bending and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs intermittently.
- Travel between GVFB facilities and throughout British Columbia as needed.
- Flexible schedule to work events on weekends and evenings as needed.
- Possession of a valid Class 5 driverβs license with a clean driving record.
