We provide a 2-3 day food supplement weekly at our food bank locations, except for the week that social assistance cheques are distributed. Once registered, clients can visit one food bank location each week.
In addition, emergency food bags are available at our main office at 8345 Winston St in Burnaby one time over a 12-month period. This food bag is in addition to the weekly grocery pick-up at our distribution locations. A member card or proof of identification for each family member is required.
When possible, we provide baby items to families with children under the age of 18 months (formula/baby food) and under 36 months (diapers). Children aged 2 to 6 years can receive an additional healthy snack bag once a month.
