Join us once a month for a full day of food preservation.
We’ll focus on 1-2 vegetables and preserving in large batches. Methods used may be: canning, freezing, fermenting. The group will split the items equally to take home. Light snacks and materials provided. We encourage participants to bring their own jars, if possible.
