Did you know that it takes a whole team of caring staff and volunteers, industrial-sized refrigeration units, warehouses, forklifts and trucks to distribute an apple from a local farm to the hands of a child? We created this video to show you how these individuals and equipment contribute to feeding people in your community, and to thank you for supporting our entire operation.
People care for people. Your donations fueled the essential elements of creating healthy communities where children can go to school with a full tummy, seniors can access free food in their neighbourhoods, and single parents can receive developmentally critical first foods for their babies.
