"Due to the shrinking amount of carts (theft or simply breaking down), our daily food banks were taking longer than normal, and clients and volunteers were getting a little frustrated. Without the proper number of carts, our clients would just use a bag or box which made the process more difficult, especially for young families or our aging population. The smiles on the faces of all those involved in the food banks - particularly the clients with small children and the increased efficiency will be rewarding. The dignity they feel in "shopping" with a cart, being able to put their little one in the basket area so they don't have to worry about where they may run off or be in any danger as there are so many moving pieces in a food bank is something clients - our friends are grateful for."
