On Saturday, June 24th, JAK’s will donate 10% of sales from all 10 of its locations to local food banks. This initiative aims to address the increased demand for food bank services, especially during the summer months when donations tend to decline.
The donations from ‘JAK’s Gives Back’ will benefit local food banks, including the Greater Vancouver Food Bank, The Saige Community Food Bank, Richmond Food Bank, SHARE Food Bank in Coquitlam, St. Joseph’s Food Bank in Mission, Salvation Army Food Bank in Penticton, and the Surrey Food Bank Society. Through their contributions, JAK’s aims to make a significant and lasting difference in the fight against hunger.
