Amid the ongoing difficulties and uncertainties of the past year, the Greater Vancouver Food Bank (GVFB) has provided more food to people in need than ever before. While we are very fortunate to have the generosity of our donors and volunteers to thank, this could not have been possible without the resilience of our incredible staff.
Going forward, we will continue to prioritize the health, happiness and wellness of our staff, by actively listening to their needs, developing their skills and providing competitive employee engagement initiatives.
